Service Description
Join us for a powerful and gentle 2-hour Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) session - a healing practice designed to support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and reconnection with your body and breath. Led by Anna Houston from Vidaflo, a professional breath facilitator, this session offers a supportive space to explore the healing power of your own breath. Unlike regular breathing, CCB uses a continuous, rhythmic inhale and exhale, creating a circular breath pattern that opens the doorway to your subconscious. Through this process, stuck energy, stored tension, and unresolved emotions can surface, soften, and release - allowing for greater clarity, calm, and self-connection. This session will be held in a safe and supportive space, where you’ll be guided gently through activation and rest, helping you build emotional resilience and spaciousness. While deep, this is not a forceful practice - you are always in control, with your breath and body leading the way. Why we breathe this way: To soothe the body. To reconnect with intuition. To regulate the nervous system. To return to balance. To heal - without needing to fix anything. Potential benefits: • Emotional release and regulation • Stress and anxiety relief • Greater connection to self and intuition • Expanded awareness and insight • Nervous system healing and resilience • Deep rest and renewal What to bring: yoga mat, blanket, water bottle What to wear: warm, comfortable clothing Important: A waiver form must be completed prior to the session to ensure this practice is suitable for you. Please note: CCB is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have epilepsy, severe cardiovascular conditions, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or are experiencing acute mental health crises. If you’re unsure, please consult your health provider or contact us directly.
