The belt sander is a general-purpose finishing tool. The belt is looped around two or more pulleys and the linear motion makes it effective for sanding with the grain of wood. Abrasive belts of various grades also make the belt sander useful for shaping.

    Safety Instructions: 

    • Always wear safety glasses, ear protection, and a dust mask. 

    • Ensure the sander is turned off and unplugged when changing belts. 

    • Keep fingers and clothing away from the sanding belt. 

    Operation: 

    Fit the sanding belt according to the manual and power it on. 

    Hold the sander firmly, and move it in smooth motions along the surface. 

    Avoid applying excessive pressure on the surface being sanded. 

    Maintenance: 

    • Clean the sander after use to remove dust. 

    • Replace worn or damaged belts promptly.
