Service Description

Mindful Movement is a movement based learning system that enhances your ability to move and be in life. Through gentle exploration of your body in action you become aware of how habits of posture and perception may be restricting you. The lessons take advantage of your natural ability to refine the quality of what you do. Lead by physio Jane Morrissey.
