Guided by the talented Arzu Yilmaz, who has been teaching Turkish cuisine for over 20 years, you'll learn how to create authentic dishes from scratch while exploring the rich flavors and techniques of traditional Turkish cooking. Choose from two convenient class times on Wednesday, May 14th: Morning session: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM Evening session: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM Students must bring an apron, and 4-5 middle sized containers each (to take food home) For just $85 per person, immerse yourself in a culinary journey and bring the essence of Turkish cuisine to your own kitchen.
