Other new courses that will be offered during this term are Woodwork and Furniture Restoration at the Mansfield Secondary College.
Some of our popular courses last year included Spanish lessons, Tai Chi, Welding, Responsible Service of Alcohol, First Aid and Bee Keeping and these classes will be running again in Term 1.
We will continue to offer new courses throughout the year including equine studies and horticulture, just to name a few!
The courses we run at MACE have been designed to enhance the personal skills of learners because employers are interested in the personal qualities and skills of a potential employee that can be transferred to different job roles/environments. These skills include communication, teamwork, managing, organising and problem solving skills.
At MACE, we understand that every learner’s needs are unique and that some of these skills come naturally to an individual and some may need to be built upon to ensure relevance to a specific industry or job.
I would like to take this opportunity to personally congratulate the students who completed their Certificate IV in Training and Assessment during 2016 with MACE and who knows, some of you could return to MACE as a trainer/tutor over the coming years!
On a final note, a big thanks to the Delatite Hotel and John Canavan Real Estate for their ongoing support as our major advertisers of our course brochure.
